It seems the last of them is always my favorite.
Last time, when I published Devil's Ex-fiancee, I said that was my best. Then, I wrote Jamaican Flower, and I said the same thing.
This is my best, too... Or this is my best for now.
Quickly, I started working on my next one, though, at the moment, I haven't written a single word in the next book. I'm still fleshing out the plot and getting to know the main characters.
I have a lot of stories in me, and they make me restless. I wish I could pour them out pretty fast. Nevertheless, I'm glad I can't. How much will I enjoy it if I can write it all out at once?
The joy of writing is in many folds, after all --- exploring the characters is like going on an adventure with friends, getting to know these strangers in your head, and finally pushing the book out, reluctantly, and hoping for the best.
