Do you read mostly one genre or multiple?

I tend to favor similar stories because of how they make me feel. I like an escape that hugs on my heartstrings and leaves me with a smile on my face.

How about you? Do you stick to certain genres? Or do you like reading all kinds of different things? Maybe to suit a mood? Or to change your mood?
