Answering Your Email

A new feature on the site, where I answer your email. Here’s Pavle:

Dear professor Jonathan Ball, my name is Pavle and I am currently working on a Serbian-English dictionary. One collocation gives me a plenty of hard times. “porridge of mud” which means “gruelly, thin matter of mud”. Is there something more frequent and more colurful?

Answer: No.
