Reconciliation Speaker - Better to Be Relationally Reconciled than Arrogantly Right

As a reconciliation speaker bringing conflict resolution and teaching interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence, I know the importance of being reconciled over being right.

As I told the teachers in Tampa while leading an in service training session: "You can be both right and wrong."

Many of us are so "right" and self-righteous in the way we communicate our convictions, we belittle other human beings, demonize and alienate them in the way we say things...which is dead WRONG.

As a reconciliation speaker I'm continually saying, "It's not just WHAT you say, but also HOW you say it that equally matters."
