Phantom of the Opera Mask

After I sculpted back to back Cyclops masks, I had to try catching up and sculpt a Phantom of the Opera mask. I know- making monsters is addictive!!

So… using references from Lon Chaney Sr.’s iconic role and a little bit of various sculptures and masks, I came up with what I wanted. I made two versions- one with eyes cut out and one with eyes left in. Tune into future posts to see what the finished product looks like…
