Longing floods my cells

bouncing me between

heaven and hell

Longing invades my dreams

disturbing my nights

bursting my seams

Longing drenches my mind

coats my thoughts

my body responds in kind

Longing fills the air

the scent of my desire

the intensity of my self-care

Longing brings tears to my eyes

even as I fantasize

hand working between my thighs
