Babies learn languages better BUT so can YOU!

Babies DO learn language better than adults BUT adults of any age can do the same thing babies do!

1) babies are like parrots. they just repeat back as exactly as possible whatever they hear. You can do that too! 2) babies are soo good at repeating EXACTLY what they hear for two reasons a) babies still have no fixed "identity" no solid sense of "self", so they don't feel deeply attached to anything more or less than trying to perfectly reflect back whatever they hear. In other words: your sense of identifying "your self" and "proper speaking" with your native language is CONSTRUCTED and Yes You Can get over yourself! b) babies have really sharp hearing, sharper than yours in fact, but you can get around that by reducing auditory distractors.
