Keeping busy

This weekend, my parents are coming to visit. They are bringing Molly. Molly can cheer anyone up.



Molly enjoys chewing. Everything. My mom has threatened to leave her with us. I said, YES PLEASE. Don't tell my dad. She is his work partner and he doesn't mind a chewed up pillow or four in exchange for her companionship. :-)

I am hoping for a lovely, relaxing visit, because when they leave, life is going to be pretty hectic for a while.

April 15: Hartland, VT
I will be the guest speaker at the Hartland UU Church.

April 20-22: Springfield, MA
I'll be co-leading two workshops at the New England SCBWI Conference.

April 28: Rutland, VT
I will be giving a workshop on creating strong first pages at the League of Vermont Writers Workshop.

May 5: Hudson, NY
I'll be signing books at the famous Hudson Book Festival!

This is a wonderful family event. Books! Prizes! 80+ Authors! This is a great opportunity to meet and chat with authors. So much fun!

May 16: South Hadley, MA
I'll be reading from and signing my new book, SEE YOU AT HARRY'S at one of my favorite bookstores. 7:00 pm

I used to take my son here almost every day when we lived in South Hadley. I'm looking forward to going back to the old neighborhood. :-)
