Swamped with apples and onions

While ordering groceries online I accidentally switched from buying by individual items to by kilogram.

Now I have 2kg of brown onions, 1 kg of Spanish onions, 2 kg of Pink Lady apples, and more.

Hmm. I wonder if there are any recipes for onion and apples.
