Finished Confluence yesterday and found myself wondering about why Ean can do what he can do. (Trying to avoid being spoilery.) Will that be explored in future Linesman books? And will we possibly meet others? Thank you!

Were hoping to have something in book 3, but the story wanted to progress at its own pace, and we went with it. As far as what Ean can do, and why? We'd like to get some of this in, but it won't be answered in one book. It's part of the development of the storyline. It has taken 500 years to get this far. It won't be answered overnight. (less)

Dunstall answered David's question: Hoping for a new book from you as i just reread Stars Uncharted and Stars Beyond which i only do with SF authors i love RAH Niven etc so any chance of another book soon?????
