Thundering Heart

Be still
Be calm
When teacups stir
For you are stronger than most my dear

When pressures come to weigh you down
Stand tall
Stand firm

Breath deep  like the roots of a tree
Spread your feet in the earth beneath
Draw in the goodness breath out the spent

As an ocean on a fine day
Free your mind
Let the pressure float away

All carry troubles on shoulders too small
It’s no shame to leave them to fall to the floor
Gather your strength

Stand tall
