Sumaya Sadmin, The Illustrator Who Got Paid and Never Completed The Children's Book

Sumaya Sadmin, The Illustrator Who Got Paid and Never Completed The Children's Book

Thankfully, I have been fortunate to work with some good illustrators over the years who have done amazing work. As the author of over 90 books (more than 15 fully illustrated children's books); I understand the book writing, illustrating and publishing process. Sumaya Sadmin also taught me how unethical illustrators manipulate the process to prematurely get paid for work they never adequately and thoroughly complete, after which they disappear and abandon jobs (in my case a children's book).

Unfortunately, one illustrator from Bangladesh working on upwork by the name of Sumaya Sadmin cleverly manipulated the online website to get payment for a job she never completed, not even close to completion, after which Sumaya abandoned the job entirely and thereafter stop responding to my emails (once she pinched my money).

Please beware of illustrators who call themselves "experts" like Sumaya Sadmin, but fail to adhere to professional standards, lack integrity, abandon jobs, ignore authors who paid them and disappear into the night with the cash to find another person to prey on without conscience nor remorse. You have been warned.
