Lisa Harris’s U.S. Marshalls series has been a good, mild suspense set.
As a conclusion to the series, this did tie up all loose ends left in the last book. The conclusion of Madison’s husband’s death was solid.
Personally, I didn’t find this to be very suspenseful. There was a lot of activity and action and the stories kept intertwining, but nothing heated up for me personally. It could have just been my reading mood at the time, though.
