First Bride to Fall - Coming soon!

Happy springtime! I’m super excited about my upcoming book, First Bride to Fall (releasing June 28th), and can’t wait to introduce readers to this fun series. Three sisters race against time to find last-minute fiancés of their own, in order to avoid the arranged marriage that will save their family’s coffee shop. I loved getting to know all three of the Delaney sisters, and Book 1, First Bride to Fall, belongs to oldest sister Nell.

Though she’s an accomplished accountant in keeping the books for her parents’ struggling business, Nell’s always been on the shy side when it comes to pursuing her romantic dreams. Now, with the clock ticking on a potential marriage of convenience, she’s forced to break out of her shell and go for what she really wants.

And she does that. With gusto! Catching the outdoorsy hero, Grant Williams, totally by surprise. He also catches on quickly that she’s no authentic “nature girl”, but he doesn’t mind. She’s cute and charming, and they seem to get along so well—until he learns she’s been gaming him to secure a quickie groom.

Since he can’t dump one of the town's sweethearts due to his family’s unreliable reputation, Grant plans to have Nell dump him by making her believe she’s bitten off more than she can chew in the prospective husband department. And, boy oh boy, does he become a mouthful.

But clever Nell wises up to his act, and decides she’s not backing down. If he’s going to be impossible, she’ll simply kill him with kindness by pretending to be the best bride ever on this big green earth. Which, needless to say, drives Grant nuts. Nell’s secretly not pleased with Grant’s antics either, and intends to beat him at his own game.

As their hilarious battle of wills heats up, can there possibly be a happy ending for these two stubborn lovers? Or, will their relationship crash and burn? I hope you’ll preorder a copy of the book—so you can get it as soon as it releases, and find out.
