For the foreseeable future, Doctor Thanatos is in charge: he’s drugged the ward manager and strapped him to the bed; Sister Sentiment is gagged and bound in the sluice room; Nurse Consequences has a scalpel in her head, 
He’s having himself a time at the nurses station, with his filthy one-liners and his feet up on the desk, a litre bottle of vodka three thirds empty, and the dispensary cupboard broken and bereft, 
And you’re welcome to pay a visit if you wish, could be a lot of fun, could be a nightmare too, cos you’ll remember every lie he tells you, and half of them  will turn out to be true.
