February 20th 2022 Update

Phoenix Ascendant is up to ~91,000 words, and I’m not certain it won’t be finished this month. As much as I’d like it to be, the story isn’t going to be done by 100,000 words, not even close. I’m guessing that I’ll finish the rough draft in mid-March, but given how off my estimates have been, it could take longer. It doesn’t help that I’m sure that I’m fighting with burn-out at the moment. I’m trying to figure out how to deal with that, but I honestly don’t know at the moment. Apparently how lon...
