Simply Me

This is an extract of my poem "Simply Me"

"The lonely woman
Is simply me
The child who is hiding
And keeps writing
About her doubts
Laughs and tears
Is the other she in me
The dreamy girl
Is also me
But most of all
I am the fearful adolescent
Who doesn’t want to grow
Doesn’t want to know
Doesn’t want to let go of you"
