Thursday, 27th January -- Goodness, this is a real toss-up: Rams or 49ers; Chiefs and Bengals I'm still thinking about this -- will post manana. You give it a bit of thought as well -- we'll see who's luckier.
Gorgeous here today, well, like most days actually, neither too cold nor too warm -- high today is 61 degrees with lots of sun shining down on my head when hiking and singing the ancient tiptoe through the tulips -- who sang that magnificent ditty?
Does everyone have free weights? If not, get a couple of 5 pounders, okay? It's time to get those bis and tris in shape, don't want any bat wings on your precious body. But you know, what's good is the isometric -- stand straight, arms straight down at your sides, press arms down slowly and feel the tris then up again, repeat until you're thinking about tip toeing through the tulips Now, keeping your head straight, slowly turn your head to the left then slow back to center, then slow to the right -- and hold a bit. If you hear some snap and crackle, slow down and be sure to do this each day before you hang it up for the night.
