And the winners are....

Two small green eggs from my hens on a bed of hash browns, pancetta, and mushrooms, seasoned with Trader Joe's umami seasoning which is mostly mushroom powder.




Apple cake with crumb topping.


Perhaps I'll do Mayak eggs tomorrow.
