In what ways could the blockchain for a single cryptocurrency best be scalable to all 7.8 billion people on the planet, if its cryptocurrency were backed by most of ~200 countries' central banks. I'm thinking of Stanford Mine Pi cryptocurrency, and the possibility of DISTRIBUTING it to all 7.8 billion people on planet with UBI experiments to end poverty worldwide, - each person a Wikidata Q-item # or sim, and with developing law schools in each of all 200 countries and their main languages developing at MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School @WorldUnivAndSch? World Univ & Sch donated itself to Wikidata in 2015 for co-development, received WUaS Miraheze MediaWiki in 2017, and got WUaS Wikibase WBstacks Opencura in 2020 and in planning some of the above too - to facilitate free universal education among 7.8 billion people on our wiki side.
