ARTIST'S DESCRIPTIONThis #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the fact that the always disingenuous and gaslighty white racist aristocracy has ZERO problems understanding what the concept of "reparations" means when it comes to any other group in the universe. Yet they continuously deliberately mislabel it as the equivalent of "welfare" when it comes to the American Descendants of Slavery. My choice is to treat them as just stupid and clueless (the cartoon), or like they are doing it on purpose to get out of doing right by me (the title).
