Embrace Your Geekness Day
Yes, I'm a geek and I'm not ashamed to show it. In fact, I'm quite proud of the diverse ways that I geek:
* I geek out about biology and have earned a Bachelor's degree pursuing an interest in marine mammal biology.
* I geek out about food and cooking, have written two cookbooks and have a food blog.
* I geek out about science fiction, and have three SF-themed blogs, including a video podcast I co-host with my husband who geeks in much the same way I do (he's awesome!). Not to mention all the SF I write on the side.
* I geek out about writing, publishing, and marketing books and have been participating and studying these activities since I was a child.
And that only scratches the surface of my geekiness.
Today is Embrace Your Geekness Day! I would ***LOVE*** to learn how you geek, too.
