As for diet, if you are tired of peeing and pooping all over yourself and truly ready to cut the incontinence and leaky gut at the root, then stop ingesting (eating and drinking) all animal protein, especially homogenized and pasteurized milk (which Dr. Hiromi Shinya, MD - the creator of the colonoscopy says is "the worst food" of all, he having examined 300,000 stomachs).

Dr. Shinya's own children were adversely affected at birth by dairy. Some have said if a calf were made to drink the milk we buy at the grocery store (not raw, but homogenized and pasteurized lacking any enzymes) it would die in 4 to 5 days.

Undigested proteins absorbed in the gut cause havoc as do fats. Stop all protein for a month and do not eat anything but raw fruit and vegetables (organic preferably since they have been less altered, non-genetically modified and have no herbicides and pesticides sprayed on them).
