When it All Piles Up (and one way to get it all out)

“I’ve just been getting in my head too much,” I told a friend.

When you have a chronic illness, it doesn’t just mean you just feel less-well than a healthy person.

It means there are dozens of small, everyday matters to reevaluate and often bigger lifestyle choices to change. Things that never crossed your mind before.

I don’t want to admit it, but I was letting the questions and worries percolate in my mind and could feel the tension bottling up.
