ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by a comment by a person who expressed a disappointed incredulousness at the idea of the greater world populace being let down and duped by the diabolical machinations of the 1% criminal class, whom this person comically referred to as “those we count on to lead us.” The grotesquely naïve comment in turn reminded me of a silly Wikipedia entry line describing the origins of a certain private liberal arts college.
