ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION
This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by an acquaintance's FB post that I decided to turn my response into a cartoon instead of just typing. Everything about the history of the United States casually reveals that at any moment the Black American former slave class can be made whole and economically included, but the white racist aristocracy just doesn't want to because they greedily want to maintain the dominant position and hoard all the wealth. Period.
