Tangle, Stealing and Monetizing Videos without Sharing Profits from Ad Revenue Obained from Using Contributors Intellectual Property

It seems given the 10 commandments tell us: "Thou shalt not steal" (Exodus 20), for Tangle to truly be as Christian as they profess it is only fair that they share in their profits from their contributors videos.

YouTube doesn't put advertisements and adwords on their contributors videos (nor before their videos) without permission and paying / sharing the profits with the contributors.

If tangle is "all for the glory of Jesus" then drop the advertisements and adwords on my videos or give me and my ministry a portion of the ad revenue from my intellectual property.
