Seize the need to speak

In my book ALL KAAL NONE
two main characters are debating on the need to speak. One of them is not human and puts feeling above all.

“Why? Do you not see it in my eyes or my actions? Speech is a wheelchair. Limited expression. Too many ways to say what you feel. It loses its meaning. Our feelings are superior.” Ekluvya informed her.
“How so?”
“Anything you say has meaning when it has feelings in your voice and your eyes, your actions. Otherwise, it is just words.”
“I get it. Feelings are what gives our words some meaning.”
“Yes. If you can feel, then why speak?”
“Should we mute everyone?” Zeenat said, grinning.
“If I had that remote, I would.”
