Friday, 26th March -- YEA, don't you just love Fridays? Even if you don't work during the week, there's still something about Friday, it polishes off the week, makes you look forward to sleeping in for two mornings -- even if you do or don't. Everyone agree?
Since Monday is Pizza day, it's not too awful when that frigging alarm goes off and it's still frigging dark thank you DSL.
Warriors without both Draymond and Curry -- very very sad. I'm looking forward to another loss tonight with the Atlanta Hawks.
And the Lakers, without both LeBron and AD -- they're looking pretty poorly too.
Work today, lots and lots of work other than actually writing, which is always a bummer. Going over first pass pages -- VORTEX -- going over first pass pages with the new Grayson Sherbrooke novella, THE RED WITCH OF RAVENSTONE FOLLY. Should be out in about a month -- still trying to hit the right note with the cover.
Everyone, it's sunny and beautiful out (well, it is here, hopefully too for most of you) and that means it's your FRIDAY walk/hike to a beautiful place where you will take photos and post them here for me to see your hangouts, all right?

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
