Thursday, 18th February: February Newsletter should be hitting your inboxes today or tomorrow -- keep me posted, hope you get a little chuckle.
The Warriors won last night (beat the Miami Heat) without Draymond Green -- one of the young new guys scored the most points. Amazing game. For those of you who don't give a crap about the above sentence, wipe it from your memory -- NOW, that's right, you did it. Moving right along.
Are the winter storms on their way out, finally? From all your comments, you're hanging in there but in many places (really south) it's tough simply because no one's used to it.
Outside if you can, otherwise, you know the drill -- walking the length of your house a dozen time and STAIRS, up and down -- do give me one set, okay? Now, with free weights -- simply google exercises, no problem and keep me posted.
Do you know why the farmer grandparents willed their grandchildren tomatoes?
