Thursday, 14th January -- All of you have seen lattices on top of pies, right? you know, criss-crossing strips of pastry? Adds more calories and more bliss? You can do it on pumpkin too -- you just bake the strips then gently lay them on top of the nearly-done pumpkin pie. They will not sink. And then you know what you can do? You can just as gently lift off the lattice strips and have pastry with the taste of pumpkin. Are your thighs pulsing yet? If wo, run up and down the stairs three times without stopping and without passing Go. Your thighs will forget about the yummy lattice strips.
Glad you like Peyton and his Yoga posses -- he's such a little ham. Treat? Oh yes indeed. And Eli assures me he'll be just fine with the carpet cleaner guy if he has treats to calm him. Am I a sucker, or what?
