Looking for help from those who have read my book

I see that my book is not listed on any Listopia and am not able to put it on any as the author. I was wondering if anyone that has read my book would perhaps vote to put it on some Listopia's for me.

If there is a better way of getting this out there please let me know. I'm new to this. thank you
