But in this case, stinks. I have spent the last two weeks listening to a lot of flimsy excuses from local school officials as to why, despite running a co-ed school, it is impossible (unmanageable, too dangerous, too much work) for girls and boys to play together on the playground. The majority of their reasons do not bear repeating. Nor their concerns for my son's welfare, since he apparently doesn't fit their definition of what a seven year old boy should be. Yes, this would be the same kid that fights MMA. But not on the playground, obviously. Or not...
