Tuesday, 20th October -- FOOTBALL: Week 6: I'm 3-2 this week with KC winning last night. I saw just about everyone had a crappy week -- oh, well, it's fun, and that's what's important. To day, I'm 18-12.
Good hike yesterday, no worthy photos though -- sorry.
Work today on VORTEX and I know what you're thinking: goodness, your life is very BORING -- I really prefer to think of it as scheduled and marvelously disciplined. Will you buy that?
Not long until Halloween -- I'll be shutting down the photo contest on Saturday, the 24th, announcing winners on Sunday, so enter if you've got something special and very cool.
Today, in front of the mirror because form's important. Begin with shoulders to your ears, then SBB, then drop -- repeat 6 times. Now, arms straight out and roll forward 12 times, then back 12 times -- repeat until you really don't want to anymore. Last, but super for a stretch and for your back, arms up over your head to touch, back down, then up again, like jumping jacks without the legs. For lower body, WALK or hop on your bike and read one of my books -- can't go wrong.
