An Intimate Interview with Parker Perry

Last year, my friends went to the Grabbys without me because I had been in the hospital just days before. I live just outside Chicago so they stopped by to share their pictures and experiences. It was then that I saw my first glimpse of Parker Perry. Once I posted those images for my friends and readers, Parker Perry tweeted me to thank me for sharing. When I asked him to model for the cover of Papi, I found an amazing guy who is not only beautiful but sweet and extraordinarily friendly. The phone interview was an hour full of laughter and light.

I'd like to introduce you to – Parker Perry.

 

 

You came out to your family inadvertently over Christmas this year, can you tell us how that happened, and if you feel comfortable, what happened as a result?

I didn't come out to the fully family – just my sister. My mom has known for a while. She knows that I worked at a bar, but not what kind of bar. She was bugging me all weekend about going out, so I said fine we'll go out. When I got in the car, I told her I was gay and that we're going to gay clubs. And she looks at me and she's like "No, fucking way," and I looked back at her and said, yeah, pretty much. She always thought, but didn't know for sure. She still doesn't know about the porn, but she was completely cool with it. I took her around to all the gay clubs in Houston, and she still loves me.

I pretty much came out to my mom the same way. We were sitting at the kitchen table, and she asked me when I was going to bring home a girl. I said it was going to be a long time and when she asked why I told her because I didn't like girls, I liked guys. She thought for a long time that I was confused, but eventually started to come around.

How about your grandmother and the laundry?

Oh, so I had just come back from a shoot in San Francisco and had left some clothes in the dryer at my parents while visiting for Christmas. My grandmother, the one who goes to church every Sunday, gets her hair done on Wednesday, just high class and proper finds some of my sluttiest stuff in the dryer. I mean we're talking jocks, assless underwear, thongs, and a t-shirt that says "I just fucked your brother". She never said anything, but I'm sure she now thinks I'm a prostitute.

 

You're in school right now for radiology, how did you decide on that field? How long until you graduate?

I'll be a tech at end of February. I'll work for a year and go back to med school. I haven't decided if I want to be a radiologist, or go into orthopedic medicine.

The body fascinates me – that you can look through someone without cutting them open. The body is like a piece of art – and no two bodies are the same, I think that's what I like the most.

So, there was an interesting incident between you, Donny Wright, and Kennedy Carter in the hotel lobby at the Grabbys this past summer – how did that…er…come into play?

Vodka? (laughing) They're both beautiful guys. Alcohol is like Viagra for me.

What led you to try your…er…hand at adult entertainment? Was it different than you expected? Were you nervous for your first scene?

Okay… What led me into adult entertainment was that I always said that I wanted to be a porn star, like since the day I started watching porn at like 13 or 14. I wanted to be that person that everyone admired. I was approached at a club, so I said okay I'll do it. I showed up for the shoot. I was super nervous. I had no idea what to expect – I was clueless, completely. Then it started flowing a little better, they asked me to take my clothes off, and I felt weird. It took me forever to get hard and it was a shy moment. It was just a solo – jack off in a hotel room. It was awkward and kind of surreal that I was doing it.

Then I had my first bottom scene – it was a huge penis. I'd never had anything like that in my ass before. I was scared, but I took it like a man. I wasn't there for nothing.

I did 4 or 5 scenes, and then I didn't work for like 2 years straight. I got noticed by FabScout and my career kind of took off.

 

How often do you film?

In the last year and a half, I've filmed about 2-3 scenes a month. As of October, I haven't filmed anything – and that's by choice because of school.

Tell us about your latest release, Cowboys with Tom Wolfe and Aybars. It's a gorgeous scene with three heavy hitters in the porn industry.

It was wild, and I grew up on a ranch, so it was one of my biggest fantasies. Tom sitting on my face was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the hay.

How intimately familiar are you with hay now?

Let's just say it's very sticky in some weird places. Let's just say that it took hay fever to a whole new level. (laughing) I'm allergic to hay. In fact, I'm pretty much allergic to everything except dogs.

 

How did it feel to see yourself on the cover of a novel?

Crazy, strange and weird? No, really it was pretty awesome. And it's different, it's not straight up porn. It was more lust than it was porn. It made me feel privileged and proud. If you'd asked me, I never would have thought that I'd be on the cover of a novel.

Who was your first gay crush?

My first guy crush was my sister's boyfriend and that's how I came up with my name. My second crush was actually my football coach for 3 ½ years. I'm pretty sure I stole his jock strap, it was the first one I ever owned.  That was the first man crush that I wished I could be violated by in the shower. And, yeah, there would be no Penn State thing there.

 

Are you seeing anyone?

No, I'm currently single.

 

What is your ideal kind of man? What do you look for in a relationship? What do you look for first in a hookup?

Definitely a man – I want a man not a little twinkie guy. Broad shoulders, height isn't an issue. Stocky – big chest, big arms, small waist, nice ass – like a perfect bubble butt. Doesn't bother me if their hairy or it they're smooth. I like dumb pretty country boys. They can't tell you what 2+2 is, but they can throw a bag over their shoulder and feed cattle.

As for a relationship they have to have a good head on their shoulders, they have to have goals in life, they have to want to better themselves, and they have to not let me get in the way of that.

I'm active – I don't lay in bed, I love the outdoors and they have to be the same way. Geeks turn me off. I'm a Leo, so I'm picky and I'm going to find the exact one that I want and then go for it.

Do you have a favorite scene?

I like all my scenes, but if I had to pick – there are two that tied. Jeremy Building with NextDoorMale – he catches me sniffing the jockstrap. That's kind of a fantasy that I had. Then the whole sneaking around in the back with Drake Jaden – that was a hot one too. We were complete strangers and that turns me on.

 

Which scene partner did you have the most chemistry with?  The most fun with?

Chemistry would probably the Raging Stallion with Tom Wolfe.

The most fun would be…I would say with Austin Wilde because you never know what the fuck he's going to do or say.

I consider my best asset to be my eyes, but everyone else considers my best asset to be my furry butt.

People tell me my eyes are dreamy and they say "come fuck me", but at the same time, "I'm a good boy".

 

What are three foods you could not live without?

Any type of meat

I love it. I love it because it's more erotic. It's more fascinating. It's different. They're actually watching gay porn to pleasure themselves.

What's your favorite city to travel to? Where have you not traveled that you would like to visit?

My favorite city would probably be San Francisco.

The place I want to travel to is Austrailia. Everyone loves a good Aussie boy – clear water and good people.

 

What do you like to do in the little spare time you have?

Masturbate… Seriously, anything outdoors. I love the water, I love the sun, I love hiking.

Anything that has to do with sunshine – I'm in it.

 

Describe your perfect evening.

My perfect evening would be sitting on a beach somewhere watching a sunset and not having a worry in the world or having to answer for anything.

That I hide like a little shy boy in a locker room.

 

Do you have a favorite sexual fantasy?

I'll listen to Queen, Collective Soul, and good kind of classic rock as well.
