Friday, 16th October -- It felt really odd -- no Thursday Night football. I'll post the Week 6 match ups Saturday a.m. To keep us at 5 picks per week, I'll select 5 match-ups -- feel free to replace 2 of them. Yep, making this up as we go, so what else is new in this amazingly distressing year?
The October Newsletter will go out next Tuesday -- I wanted to wait because I've got a surprise for you -- yep, a reading surprise -- you'll see.
Hot here again today, high of 87 degrees, Alexa said. Hopefully it'll be just fine down at the ocean. Most of you are going the other direction, so if it's nice and nippy and refreshing and the leaves leave you speechless they're so beautiful, take your cell and get out there and walk -- and shoot some photos to post here for me, okay?
This exercise is painless: Stand straight and tall. Arms at your sides, then bring them up and touch your hands -- repeat 12 times. Don't move anything else, only arms up and down. Let me know how it feels. Great for tris and bis and your upper back and posture --

Amanda Bhear It has been pretty nippy the last couple of days I have been out feeding the cats. Just going out on the porch curled my toes. I hope everyone in your family is well.
I can't wait for your next book. I have always loved all of them!
