Many of us often struggle to wake up in the morning without hitting the snooze button.
Some strategies that can help us are as follows:





Gradual timing – Change the timing to wake up earlier say by 5 minutes instead of 2 hrs.Change your alarm toneGet up immediatelyWake up your seneseGet in the lightGet your blood flowingDrink waterEliminate choicesHave an accountablity partnerReward yourselfGet excited like children seeing their favorite toys



Once you wake up, you can spend your morning setting the tone of the day.





Plan your morning e.g. Exercise, health and diet, goals and intentions, family time, hobbies, personal improvement, learning and education, etc.Decide the areas you want to spend your time on.Visualize your perfect morning.Write down every detail.
