Thursday, 8th October -- You all can see from Peyton's photo that he's just fine now and Eli got over his snit when vet smell was gone. So all is good on the home front.
NFL -- Tonight, I pick the Bucs over the Bears. You can either call this Week 4 and a l/2 or WEEK FIVE -- and so we simply acknowledge we're up from 4 match ups to 5. Write down your pick. I'll post Sunday games tomorrow.
Another big YEA -- walked nearly 2 miles yesterday, again, flat, but that's okay, don't want to rush things. Foot is fine. the OthoFeet sneakers/shoes are ugly, but they sure work, so no complaints. But trust me, they don't go with a little black dress. And who's worn a LBD in eight months anyway?

Today is busy, which sounds crazy, but I actually have two things to do other than the usual -- the Dentist (cleaning) and a ZOOM interview. No one can come, it's to be recorded, then put together with other authors and then I'll let you know..
Yep, we're all heading out today getting our bodies happy with movement and more movement and even though most of us can't whistle worth a spit, I know I'll try.
