Confused

I've just noticed that Secrets Of The Ice has vanished from my profile list and in its place another Gone.

As it didn't have a cover, I added and alternative one I use on a different account with Lulu, because someone kindly reviewed it.

Does anyone know how to put back Secrets Of The Ice?

It's listed with the others as a series but, I'm so confused!

Am I writing too much and have fallen into another dimension?
