It is one of the best self-help books that I have read in recent times as it deals with a wide range of topics such as effective communication, workplace ethics, anger management. The beginning explains the traumas that we face as we are not able to manage our own emotions. The book explains only when we can control our emotions then it will be easy for us to manage everything and be successful in life. Anger is one of the biggest enemies for us and this book helps us to get rid of it from the initial stage. It also elaborates on the technique to handle people and analyze them so that we will be able to get a clear picture of their originality. Furthermore, the simplicity and communication part on how to effectively communicate with other people is mentioned. We are often stressed and we lose focus on our work so a few pages also deal with happiness giving a way to do meditation and spiritual power. The author has used many motivational quotes in between the lines that make the readers get positive vibes and gain some spirit and will power to accomplish things.
