Hey, this made me think -- when I was reading the NetGalley edition of The Only Good Indians, a lot of pages seemed to utilize the page break in order to build tension when you turn the page the same way a comic book would. Was that on purpose or just a coincidence?

I mean . . . sort of on purpose? been writing comic scripts lately, and comics are of course all about that page-turn, so I have to imagine that's infected by fiction writing at some level. cool you're seeing that. thanks.

I loved it. It definitely was way more effective than I would've expected.
