Monday, 8th June -- Do you know, the weekend zoomed by faster than the week -- now that's amazing, feels so fast time should be stopping or maybe even a bit backward. So many of you are having fun, with and without family -- but doing things that keep your grounded, your brain unstressed, and most of all you are getting out there and walking -- best thing for stress other than Hummingbird cake or strawberry ice cream or Sloppy Joes or -- goodness, I could keep going for a very long time -- bet you could too.
In your individual areas, has the virus spiked with opening or not?
NYC, I hear, is opening up a big -- interesting to hear what will happen.
Monday is comforting -- it's a return to the rock-steady routine -- I hope all of you have established a schedule, keeps you from getting in a funk or being hazy about what day it is -- if this happens to you -- SCHEDULE and stick to it and be productive -- and every single day, you head out for your walk/hike/run -- well, given where you live, it could be the same time every day, but not always. You see what I mean? Do you agree?
HUGE hike yesterday -- a trail we've never done -- I'll post a video of Bon Tempe lake/dam and Lake Alpine -- anyway, if only a trail would show you what it's really like a straight line -- but no, they suck you in, nice and flat, barely a slope, then WHAP -- four miles of straight up hill with so many curves you think it's nearly over. Doing a trail we know is fairly tame today -- And you, Beautiful Fit Folk?

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
