A Message About Your Body

“How does it glorify me when you don’t take care of the body I have given you?” the Holy Spirit told me. He said a little bit more. Then this. “You need to glorify me with all things including your thoughts, words, and actions. And this includes taking very good care of the body I have given you.”

Oh, but He was not done. He then made abundantly clear He wanted me to deliver this message to you who are reading this.
