Currently, I'm a bit bah humbug on TV as an entertainment medium. There's not a lot that grabs me lately (and, anyway, I'm focused on learning to draw).
Despite my small screen negativity, there has been a recent gem, I'm Not OK with This. The twenty minute episodes of this comedy/drama are like an energy shot for the left side of your cranium. They're a tiny bundle of sweet, teenage angst that starts out where Stephen King's Carrie left off.
I mean − can prom night get any better than this? Seriously. I think not.
Throw in a budding sexuality, some superpowers and a tampon shoved under the bathroom stall door, and you've got yourself something magical.
So belly up to the mini-episode bar, and you too will ask, "may I have another?"
