"Gather around,"
Jared called to them and waved his hands for the group to draw near. "The
water park opened in 1983, a tourist attraction people sought to keep cool
during the summer," he began the ghost story with a bit of history.
"Unfortunately, in 1987, the fun stopped for Tina Easton when the teen
suffered a seizure. Before anyone realized what had happened to her, the girl
was floating at the bottom of the pool."

Jared went on to tell the story
Maverick had related to Rowan earlier. He'd heard the tales before and the
tragedy of it always struck him with the same sadness that the young girl's
life had been cut short.

"Then in 1988," Jared said. "A tragedy
struck the family who ran the place. Their only daughter disappeared and was
never found. Six months later the mother lost her battle with cancer.
