It was with true dismay that I read about the conflagration that has arisen on Goodreads and Twitter around a negative review of the book Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. I've not read this book, based on the blurb and the reviews I have no intention of reading the book, so I cannot comment on the content or actual story.
