Friday, 13th December -- what a fantastic day for a Christmas party -- and that's what's happening here at my house -- loads of presents, Mexican food, desserts you wouldn't believe, including Hummingbird cake, a beautifully decorated Chocolate cake with Christmas stuff (wreaths on top, with reds and green, frosting, of course) and some Hungarian goodies I can't spell or pronounce -- pastries filled with smashed almonds and other assorted yummies. So, no gym for me today, which means I need you to give me one minute (only) of your CARDIO. Okay?

WEEK #15: I didn't do the Thursday night game because frankly I knew it would be very one-sided. So,
l) Patriots over Bengals
2) Chiefs over Broncos
3) 49ers over Falcons
4) Saints over Colts
I love all the above picks: Let's hear it for a 4-0 week!!!!!

It's the 13th -- I've always found that Fridays the 13th are somehow magical -- stuff happens, usually fun stuff that makes you smile and maybe drink a bit of champagne. So go forth and cardio your brains out (well, not all of them, please) and then make yourself available for some wonderful magic.
