I attended a luminary memorial service this evening at Windridge cemetery. It was a beautiful ceremony, and I’m glad I went. Here is the luminary I made for Jeanette. It’s difficult to read because I wrote it in crayon (purple, of course), but here is what it says: “Jeanette Westhoff – Deeply loved and missed by all who knew her.” Next year I will know to use a purple marker. And to bring Grover stickers to decorate the bag. (at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary)
