Grow Together (Post 359) – Health and eating habits that lead to growth
Today, we delve into some health and eating habits that help us grow.
Eat within 30 minutes of waking up.
Move your body in the morning and mid-day – Take the stairs, do push-ups, sit-ups, go for a walk, etc.
Replace one processed food every day with fruits/nuts/vegetables.
Develop a taste for plain, raw vegetables.[image error]
Drink 3 litres of water daily.
Eat multiple small meals a day.
Choose spices over butter or cream sauces.
Order tea instead of soda.
Make exercise appointments.
Question your cravings.
Turn social interactions into exercise opportunities.
Plan your meals ahead of time.
Take a walk every day – The benefits of walking are as follows:
It helps increase metabolism.
It helps to release stress.
It strengthens immune system.
It improves self-esteem.
