Friday, 30th August -- Well, this fine month has only toes in the door -- A lovely long month though, don't you think?
Football Season begins next week -- I'll be posting rules for our game.
Yea -- got the EVIL and Savich down pretty good -- gonna go over it again this morning, sharpen here, change there, always editing, always. But it's good. Made me sweat, that's for sure.
Many of you said you couldn't do the leg lifting exercise: the trick with any exercise is, if you can't do exactly the way it should be done, then you compromise and do the best you can -- Back against the wall (for balance), legs as close to the wall as you can, life right leg until perpendicular, then hold, slowly let down. this is for your quads. Can't hold it that high, then say 12 inches off the floor. No problem -- the whole point is to feel your quads, get them awake and yelling at you, okay?
Friday once again -- where did the fricking week go? Maybe to Tibet hiking, maybe picked up my missing Wednesday post along the way? Who's been to Tibet? And thought they'd die in the altitude?

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
